Job summary

Old Colony YMCA is seeking a Home Care Program Assistant to provide administrative support to the Home Care Department. The role involves handling telephone coverage, data review, and generating reports to support staff in a community-based setting.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, at least one year of relevant experience, excellent written and verbal communication, and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone coverage from Home Care staff as required.
• Review and correct data through consumer record system.
• Providing accurate reports as required by the department.
• Assist staff in tracking waivers and recipient choice forms as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
