Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of field-based professionals.
• Ability to coach through 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Willingness to spend 2–3 weeks per month in the field with PRMs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a pod of PRMs with accountability for performance.
• Own pod-level growth, engagement, retention, and onboarding goals.
• Translate performance data into priorities and action plans; drive execution of PRM rhythms.
• Spend 2-3 weeks per month in the field observing, coaching, and supporting opportunities.
• Model effective provider conversations and workflow development.
