General Dynamics Corporation is hiring a Provider Relations Account Operations Manager to support the WTCHP Third-Party Administrator. This remote role may require occasional travel for meetings with CDC stakeholders and internal leadership. The winner will coordinate CCE needs and maintain strong partnerships with CCE leadership.

The role emphasizes SME knowledge of CCE workflows, data and network support, and cross-CLIN collaboration to improve program operations for WTCHP members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of related experience.
• Functional knowledge of all eight CCEs, including structures/workflows.
• Experience with federal healthcare programs; familiarity with CDC standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central point of contact for WTCHP CCEs; ensure clear communication and timely issue resolution.
• Develop executive-level relationships with CCE leadership to promote transparency and trust.
• Act as internal SME for CCE workflows including case management and member coordination.
• Coordinate internal execution of CCE needs with Benefits Administration, Member Services, Claims, and Operations leadership.
• Support implementation of new operational initiatives and process improvements affecting CCEs.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and service excellence across provider engagement activities.
• Facilitate regular business reviews with CCEs to discuss metrics and priorities.
