Job summary

Southwestern Health Resources seeks an experienced Provider Relationship Manager – Network Physician Engagement to lead provider performance strategy and network growth in assigned regions. The role involves outreach to major clinics and hospital affiliations, and collaboration with clinicians to enhance workflows for improved care coordination and reduced costs.

Working in a hybrid, full-time capacity, you will recruit and launch new clinicians, track performance metrics, and prepare

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement provider performance strategy and network growth plans for assigned regions.
• Engage stakeholders and coordinate outreach to clinics and leaders.
• Collaborate with clinicians to refine workflows to improve care coordination and reduce costs.
• Recruit, onboard, and launch new clinicians and groups into the network.
• Create leadership presentations identifying opportunities and solutions for value-based care.
