Qualifications

• Two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in provider relations / contracting with an HMO or IPA, medical group or institutional provider required.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred; strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail oriented and self-starter with strong analytic and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with providers and staff to support growth, retention, and performance improvement.
• Partner with providers to improve KPIs including growth, retention, AWVs, HEDIS gaps, hospital/ER utilization, and risk adjustment.
• Onboard providers and educate on Alignment tools, programs, incentives, and compliance requirements.
• Develop training materials and provider education resources; create in-service and implementation packets.
