Job summary

SEARHC is seeking a Healthcare Recruitment Coordinator to design interview itineraries and coordinate candidate travel, lodging, and related logistics across time zones. You will ensure a seamless candidate experience from invitation through post-visit follow-up.

Tracking recruitment metrics, assisting with budget, and supporting preboarding onboarding for providers (including Alaska resident licensing) are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a related field and healthcare recruitment coordination experience.
• Experience supporting talent acquisition and travel logistics.
• Familiarity with recruitment lifecycle and travel management tools.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage customized interview itineraries for provider candidates.
• Coordinate candidate travel, lodging, transportation, and related logistics.
• Schedule interviews, tours, and send final itineraries to candidates and departments.
