The role requires 5+ years in recruiting, healthcare experience preferred, and travel up to 25% for outreach and interviews. Excellent communication and HR knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Full lifecycle recruiting across administrative, professional, clinical roles in healthcare.
• Knowledge of public laws and HR processes applicable to SEARHC recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle recruiting: sourcing, screening and recommending placements.
• Educate candidates about SEARHC careers and benefits.
• Develop and implement targeted recruiting strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation with Recruitment team.
• Travel up to 25% for candidate engagement and interviews.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policy.
