Job summary

Equip Health is seeking a results-driven sales professional to expand our nationwide, fully remote partnerships in healthcare. The role includes strategic outreach and regular field travel within the assigned territory (up to 40%), engaging clinicians, payors, and partners to advance adoption of Equip’s evidence-based program.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in healthcare sales or business development, with strong relationship-building, communication, and self-motivation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• ~2+ years experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in healthcare.
• ~Strong interpersonal skills, relationship-building expertise, and professional presence.
• ~Effective communication, rapport-building, and influence at all organizational levels.
• ~Comfortable with remote work, high autonomy, and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Create strategies for maximizing brand reach and provider relationships within a territory.
• Cultivate new relationships and nurture existing ones through video calls, in-person meetings, events, and educational presentations—often collaborating closely with Equip’s clinical leaders to ensure impactful engagement.
• Manage data, outreach efforts, and reports in a Customer Relationship Management to demonstrate territory performance, identify key areas for improvement, and inform future strategy.
• Effectively plan and execute regional events that drive engagement with the target professional audience.
• Work collaboratively with marketing, clinical operations, and payor partnership teams to effectively penetrate new markets.
• Identify local sponsorship opportunities and represent Equip at conferences.
