Job summary

Equip Health is seeking a remote-based Sales/BD professional to lead territory development across the United States. You will build and nurture provider relationships, drive market engagement, and collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure impactful outreach.

Responsibilities include managing CRM-driven data, planning regional events, and collaborating with marketing and payor teams to expand market presence. A Bachelor’s degree and healthcare experience are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• ~2+ years in sales or business development, healthcare preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.
• Comfortable working remotely with high autonomy and motivation.

Responsibilities

• Create strategies to maximize brand reach and provider relationships within a territory.
• Cultivate new relationships and nurture existing ones via video calls, in-person meetings, events, and educational presentations in collaboration with clinical leaders.
• Manage data, outreach efforts, and CRM-based reports to track territory performance and identify improvements.
• Plan and execute regional events to engage the target professional audience.
• Collaborate with marketing, clinical operations, and payor partnerships to penetrate new markets.
• Identify local sponsorship opportunities and represent Equip at conferences.
