Everlong is seeking a Virtual Provider Partnerships Manager to own provider partnerships across a territory while working remotely. You will run a proven playbook to turn primary care offices into a durable source of patient referrals.
The role requires 2–5+ years in referral-based healthcare sales, top-tier quota attainment, and strong CRM discipline. Occasional travel may be required as you expand to new offices and territories.
Virtual Provider Partnerships Manager: Remote role with a competitive base, uncapped commission, and full benefits.
Everlong is an established, fast-growing healthcare company providing virtual nutrition counseling with Registered Dietitians, covered by insurance. Our services are $0 out-of-pocket for in-network patients, removing one of the biggest barriers to quality nutrition care.
What sets us apart is our approach. Most nutrition services focus on what to eat; we focus on why people eat the way they do. Our dietitians address the emotional, psychological, and behavioral drivers of eating using motivational interviewing, CBT, and accountability frameworks, so patients build habits that last well beyond the session. We provide Medical Nutrition Therapy for weight management, diabetes, cardiovascular health, gastrointestinal conditions, women’s health, disordered eating, and patients on GLP-1 medications.
We grow through provider referrals. We’re looking for someone to own provider partnerships across a territory and turn primary care offices into a durable source of patient referrals, working remotely. You’ll be running a proven playbook, with room to sharpen it as you learn your market.
You’ve spent a few years in referral-based healthcare sales, working physician offices by phone and email and turning them into a steady source of patient referrals, and you’ve consistently landed near the top of your team. You know how to get past the front desk, earn a provider’s trust without meeting in person, and keep a high volume of outreach going while working from home. You believe access to good nutrition care changes lives, and you keep clean records without being told to.
Most of your day is spent on the phone with physicians, MAs, and office managers at primary care offices across your territory, with email follow-up and occasional video calls. You’ll research and prioritize offices, reach dozens a day, and work each account from first conversation to active referral relationship, staying close to the whole office rather than a single contact. Occasional travel, including overnight trips, to visit key offices in person may be required. You’ll help offices understand which patients are a good fit, log your activity in our CRM, and share what you learn so the approach can travel to new territories.
