Job summary

Everlong is seeking a Virtual Provider Partnerships Manager to own provider partnerships remotely across a national territory. You will run a proven outreach playbook, connecting with primary care offices by phone and email to convert them into a steady flow of patient referrals.

In this role, you will travel occasionally, maintain clean records in our CRM, and work from home with a focus on high-volume outreach and relationship building to drive durable referrals across territories.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in referral-based healthcare sales by phone or email.
• Consistent top-tier performance relative to quota or peers.
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach via phone and email.
• Fluent with a CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Majority of day spent on phone with physicians, MAs and office managers across your territory.
• Conduct outreach to dozens of offices daily and manage accounts from first contact to active referral relationships.
• Log activity in the CRM and share learnings to scale to new territories.
• Occasional travel, including overnight trips, may be required.
