Job summary

Everlong, a healthcare company delivering virtual nutrition counseling, seeks a field sales professional to own provider partnerships across a single Texas territory. You’ll map clinics, call on physician offices, and convert leads into durable referral relationships with autonomy and a proven playbook.

You’ll spend days in clinics with physicians and office staff, while documenting learnings to scale the approach to new markets.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in referral-based healthcare sales.
• Existing relationships with primary care and/or specialty offices is a plus.
• Demonstrated top-tier performance against quota or peers.
• Fluency with a CRM and data-driven territory planning.
• Willing to be in the field 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Map your territory, identify offices worth pursuing, and work each account from first handshake to active referral relationship.
• Spend most of your week in clinics with physicians, specialists, MAs, and office managers.
• Document learnings so the approach can travel to the next market.
• Drive your own calendar and execute a defined playbook with autonomy.
