Job summary

Nourish, a leading dietitian-led metabolic health clinic, seeks a Provider Partnerships Associate to grow a provider referral territory in Nassau County, NY. This field-based role involves in-person engagement with primary care physicians, specialists, and clinic staff to expand insurance-covered nutrition care access.

You will report to a Provider Partnerships Regional Manager and help scale Nourish through relationship-building, new business development, and long-term account growth in a

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, healthcare or other high-performance environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Track record of hitting goals and outperforming expectations.
• Willingness to spend most of the week in the field and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a provider referral territory within the local market.
• Spend 5 days per week in the field meeting with healthcare providers and clinic staff within a 1-hour radius.
• Build relationships with physicians, specialists, medical assistants, office managers, and healthcare administrators.
• Prospect new offices and create referral partnerships from the ground up.
• Grow referral volume within existing accounts through relationship management and strategic territory planning.
• Educate providers on Nourish and the impact of nutrition care on patient outcomes.
• Drive toward monthly referral goals and performance targets.
• Track activity and pipeline in Salesforce.
