Job summary

Wintermeyer Ventures is seeking a strategic and operational leader to guide the growth of its health and wellness provider network in New York. You will design onboarding, compensation, and retention programs while partnering with senior leadership on critical business decisions.

You will lead a small team, use data modeling to optimize performance, and help scale the network to meet client needs with an AI-forward approach and strong financial modeling skills.

Qualifications

• 7 to 15 years in strategy and operations at fast-growing companies.
• Experience growing a marketplace or provider network at scale.
• Experience designing compensation models for two-sided marketplaces.
• Ability to translate data into practical operational solutions with modeling and execution.
• Familiar with SQL, Excel/Sheets, data modeling, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Background in health, wellness, or fitness is relevant.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize provider compensation to align incentives and outcomes.
• Build and scale provider onboarding, training, and continuing education.
• Use data modeling and experimentation to improve performance and scalability.
• Lead and develop an existing team.
