Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking a Network Performance Manager in the New York City area to drive provider performance across cost, quality, access, and network metrics. You will partner with physicians, medical groups, and health systems to develop improvement plans and negotiate aligned contracts.

You will analyze financial, operational, and quality data, using dashboards and AI-enabled tools to generate insights and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in managed care, a health plan, or similar healthcare environment.
• 5+ years of direct provider-facing experience.
• Ability to translate performance data into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

• Drive Provider Performance: own performance management for assigned providers across cost, quality, access, and key network metrics.
• Identify performance gaps, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and execute targeted provider performance improvement plans.
• Monitor results and adjust strategies to drive sustained improvement.
• Lead Provider Partnerships and regular performance reviews with providers.
• Translate data into clear recommendations and actionable strategies.
