Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in managed care or health plan environments.
• Five+ years of direct provider-facing experience.
• Track record of improving provider cost/quality metrics.
• Strong analytical and data-to-action capabilities.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive provider performance across cost, quality, access, and network metrics.
• Own performance management for assigned providers and organizations.
• Identify gaps, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and execute targeted provider improvement plans.
• Monitor results and adjust strategies for sustained improvement.
• Lead provider partnerships and regular performance reviews.
