Job summary

Westchester Medical Center Health Network seeks a senior leader to direct network strategy and business development. You will guide strategic planning, business planning and new opportunities by collaborating with hospitals, service lines and operational leaders across the region.

You will oversee data-driven market assessments, capital planning, and multi-stakeholder partnerships, ensuring timely execution and regulatory compliance while driving growth across the network.

Qualifications

• Experience in health services strategy, operations or business development.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in hospital, public or business administration.
• Ability to conduct statistical studies and use MS Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; comfortable presenting to audiences.

Responsibilities

• Leads development of planning projects, strategic plans and implementation with operational stakeholders.
• Manages department team to achieve strategic and business goals.
• Tracks progress and reports on milestones within the assigned region.
• Participates in grants and program management as needed.
• Analyzes health system data to inform proposals and growth opportunities.
• Develops market assessments and opportunity analyses for network hospitals and services.
• Partners with leaders to create business opportunity summaries and oversee contracting initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with laws, regulations and accreditation standards.
