Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Provider Network Operations to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This leader will oversee provider network setup, maintenance, and operational effectiveness across a complex healthcare environment. The role will partner closely with analytics, credentialing, IT, and compliance stakeholders to improve workflows, strengthen provider relationships, and ensure network operations support enterprise objectives. Success in this position will require both strategic leadership and hands‑on oversight of multi‑level teams, systems integration, and regulatory alignment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $108,468 – $184,396 annually

Responsibilities

• Guide strategic initiatives for provider network operations, with a focus on network setup and maintenance
• Collaborate with analytics teams to support credentialing objectives
• Develop strategies for provider education and relationship management
