Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Health Care Administration (MHA) preferred.
• 8 years progressive experience in provider network development, managed care, or equivalent.
• 5 years of managerial or leadership experience.

Aufgaben

• Reviews proposed contracts and manages negotiation processes to meet local and regional network targets.
• Maintains relationships with high-volume provider networks across products to control costs and improve operations.
• Directs provider access, quality, and staff performance, and supports learning and development.
• Collaborates with Sales, Clinical, and Network Informatics to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
