Job summary

Altais Health Solutions seeks a Provider Network Development Specialist in California to support recruitment, onboarding, and engagement across our networks. You will coordinate outreach, onboarding steps, and provider data while collaborating with credentialing, contracting, and operations teams to ensure a smooth experience for prospective and newly contracted providers.

You’ll contribute to cross-functional projects, track pipelines, and assist with events and communications.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma.
• 2-4 years of experience in healthcare, provider relations, operations, coordination, or related field.
• Experience supporting projects, programs, or operational workflows.
• Familiarity with healthcare environments, provider networks, or managed care preferred.
• Experience working with physicians or provider offices in an administrative or support capacity preferred.
• Exposure to onboarding, credentialing, or provider operations processes.

Responsibilities

• Provider Recruitment Support: Identify prospective physicians and providers, maintain lead lists, and support outreach for the Network Development Manager.
• Provider Onboarding Coordination: Coordinate documentation, track onboarding steps, and partner with credentialing and contracting.
• Provider Engagement Support: Maintain relationships, coordinate follow-ups, respond to inquiries, escalate issues as needed.
• Presentation & Event Coordination: Prepare materials, proposals, and outreach content; coordinate meetings, events, and presentations.
• Market & Data Support: Conduct basic market research, maintain tracking tools, and assist in reporting for leadership.
• Service & Program Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of organizational services to support communication.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, physician relations, operations to support campaigns and onboarding.
• Travel Support: Occasional travel within California for meetings, events, or onboarding.
