Job summary

Altais Inc. is seeking a Network Development Manager in Sacramento, a hybrid role requiring up to 75% regional travel. You will develop and execute strategies to recruit, onboard and engage physicians and providers, building strong relationships and delivering compelling proposals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Provider Networking experience.
• 7+ years of Managed Care experience.
• Proven track record in sales with meeting/exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit prospective physicians and providers to generate new leads.
• Manage onboarding process including agreements, credentialing, and related tasks.
• Engage with new providers, understand needs, and provide solutions.
• Conduct in-person, online, or townhall presentations to convey value propositions.
• Stay informed on market trends to inform outreach and pitches.
