The role supports managed care growth, regulatory compliance, and strong provider partnerships, with emphasis on onboarding new providers and tracking progress toward contract goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 2 years in provider contracting or 3 years in lieu of a degree.
• Healthcare experience in managed care or physician groups is preferred.
• Experience with Medicaid/Medicare Advantage or commercial provider networks preferred.
• Familiarity with provider databases and reimbursement methodologies is preferred.
• Knowledge of CMS, DHCS, DMHC, NCQA regulations related to provider networks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new providers and maintain provider relationships.
• Negotiate contracts to ensure high-quality, cost-effective networks.
• Assist in tracking progress and supporting new contracts to grow managed care initiatives.
