Job summary

Altais is seeking a Network Development Manager to build and maintain a robust network of physicians and providers across California. This hybrid role in Riverside County requires up to 75% travel within the region, and you will collaborate with marketing, physician relations and internal teams to grow our Networks of Care.

You will lead provider recruitment, onboarding, and engagement, deliver presentations, conduct market research, and communicate our value proposition.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Provider Networking.
• 7+ years of Managed Care experience.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities.
• Proven sales experience with meeting/exceeding targets.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Physician and Provider Recruitment: identify and research potential physicians and providers to generate new leads.
• Physician and Provider Onboarding: deliver full-cycle onboarding including agreements, credentialing, etc.
• Physician and Provider Engagement: foster relationships with prospective physicians and providers.
• Presentations: conduct service presentations and proposals to physicians and providers.
• Market research: stay current on network trends and industry developments.
• Service knowledge: maintain deep understanding of services and communicate updates.
• Collaboration: work with marketing, physician relations and internal teams.
• Travel: travel up to 75% within the assigned market.
