Job summary

Altais in California is seeking a Network Development Manager to build and scale our physician networks across Riverside County. You will own end-to-end provider recruitment, onboarding, and engagement, traveling up to 75% within the region to meet targets and foster strong relationships.

As part of a cross-functional team, you will present proposals, conduct market research on network trends, stay current on services, and collaborate with marketing and operations to align strategy with growth

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Provider Networking experience.
• 7+ years of Managed Care experience.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven sales track record with targets met or exceeded.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and research potential physicians and providers to generate new leads and opportunities.
• Deliver full-cycle onboarding including agreements, credentialing, and related tasks.
• Engage with new providers and maintain productive relationships.
• Conduct in-person, online, or town hall presentations to convey value propositions.
• Conduct market research on network trends and competitor offerings.
• Maintain deep understanding of services and communicate updates clearly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies.
• Travel up to 75% within the region.
