Job summary

Altais in Northern California is seeking a Network Development Coordinator to support provider recruitment, onboarding, and engagement across our Networks of Care. You will coordinate outreach, onboarding steps, data tracking, and cross-functional projects with teams like credentialing, contracting, and marketing.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in healthcare operations and offers hybrid work with travel in the Bay Area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of experience in healthcare, provider relations, operations, coordination, or related field
• Experience supporting projects, programs, or operational workflows
• Familiarity with healthcare environments, provider networks, or managed care preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in provider recruitment and outreach scheduling.
• Coordinate onboarding steps with credentialing and contracting teams.
• Support provider engagement through follow-ups and inquiries.
• Coordinate preparation of outreach materials, meetings, and events.
• Maintain market data and tracking tools related to provider outreach and network development.
• Collaborate with marketing, physician relations, and operations teams on outreach campaigns.
