Job summary

Prosper Health in New York City is seeking a Strategy & Operations Lead focused on Provider Growth. You will build and scale our provider capacity, integrating workforce planning, analytics, and experimentation to remove bottlenecks and enable rapid, sustainable growth within autistic care.

You will work with Clinical Operations, Recruiting, Product, and leadership to design an operating model, forecast demand, and drive improvements in hiring funnels, talent pools, and care models.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in strategy & operations or similar analytical/operational roles.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is required.
• Strong strategic problem solver with ability to break down ambiguous problems.
• Analytical and data-driven with ability to build models in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and ownership of outcomes.
• Creative, resourceful, and able to scale processes and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the clinical capacity strategy and build a comprehensive capacity model forecasting supply needs.
• Identify bottlenecks and high-impact levers to support Prosper's growth goals.
• Explore new talent pools, licensing models, clinician incentives, utilization improvements, and care-model changes.
• Build operating rhythms and accountability mechanisms to scale capacity as the company grows.
• Scale the provider growth team and help define org structure, hiring plans, and operating model.
