Job summary

Essen Health Care in New York seeks a Manager, Sales Operations & Growth Enablement to drive the operational engine behind sales and account management. This role partners with the CSO and cross-functional teams to scale growth across the network.

You will own contract processes, commissions, pipeline reporting, and client-facing materials, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, account administration, or executive support
• Proven experience supporting senior leadership and managing multiple priorities
• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments strongly preferred
• Salesforce CRM (required)
• Core competencies: organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales and account operational workflows from opportunity through contract execution
• Manage contracting processes, including preparation, coordination, execution, tracking, and filing
• Oversee commission tracking and reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain Salesforce CRM records, pipeline reporting, and data integrity
• Prepare, proofread, and format contracts, proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and internal stakeholders to support timely contract execution
• Manage document control, versioning, and secure storage
• Maintain standardized, approved templates for sales and marketing materials
• Coordinate electronic signatures via DocuSign or equivalent platforms
• Provide operational and administrative support to the CSO and Growth leadership
• Track priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure initiatives move forward
• Serve as a central point of coordination between Sales, Operations, Finance, and Marketing
• Support client communications and account-related requests with professionalism and urgency
• Ensure a high-quality experience for both internal teams and external partners
