Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Provider Enrollment - REMOTE agent to support client inquiries, update case histories, and ensure timely resolutions. This role emphasizes independent work, organization, and collaboration within a flexible, remote environment.

Your role in our mission

• Provide knowledgeable responses to basic client questions; elevate more complex cases to appropriate staff as needed
• Put your skills to work to solve client problems, update account history and follow up with clients to confirm their inquiry or request is resolved
• Adhere to the client’s SLAs and consistently meet production targets
• Collaborate with team members, management and clients to resolve client inquiries; cross‑train new resources in customer service processes
• Process client inquiries more efficiently and effectively by reviewing and recommending changes to procedures and workflow

What we're looking for

• Skilled in Microsoft Word Applications and general PC knowledge
• Ability to work independently
• Adhere to Gainwell Attendance Policy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Skilled at working independently and collaboratively.

What you should expect in this role

• Remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload. Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.
• Remote role – required to have a home office or room with a door to separate from anyone in the house. Hours are 8am-4:30pm with a 10 minitue break in the morning and a 10 minitue break in the afternoon.

The pay range for this position is$31,200.00-$44,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
