Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Provider Field Representative Remote U.S. to help health plans improve member outcomes. You will review enrollment data across multiple systems, answer inquiries, and ensure regulatory and contractual compliance while contributing to a collaborative, growth-minded team.

The role is fully remote with required travel within Delaware, regular daytime hours, and a focus on accuracy, service levels, and professional communication.

• Ability to travel throughout the state of DE

What you should expect in this role

• This is a fully remote position that requires a dedicated home office or private workspace with a door to ensure a professional, distraction-free work environment. Employees must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with punctuality and reliable attendance being essential. The role requires the ability to maintain focus, meet performance expectations, and adhere to company policies while working remotely.

• Remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload. Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.

The pay range for this position is $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
