Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Provider Field Representative (Remote, Delaware) to support enrollment data, answer inbound calls, and ensure compliance with contract requirements while delivering reliable service to our clients. This is a fully remote position with a home workspace, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, travel within Delaware as needed, and a pay range of $35,000–$50,000 per year.

Your role in our mission

• Use multiple websites and systems to review and input enrollment data
• Be a productive member of the team/ answer inbound calls where necessary
• Comply with contract requirements, business unit rules and related legal regulations
• Time management, attendance and punctuality
• Ability to travel throughout the state of DE

What we're looking for

What you should expect in this role

• This is a fully remote position that requires a dedicated home office or private workspace with a door to ensure a professional, distraction-free work environment. Employees must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with punctuality and reliable attendance being essential. The role requires the ability to maintain focus, meet performance expectations, and adhere to company policies while working remotely.
• Remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload. Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.

The pay range for this position is$35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
