Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a remote Customer Service Associate to handle provider enrollment and information updates. You will communicate with providers via email and internal systems, supporting multiple stages of processing and quality assurance.

The role emphasizes kindness, empathy, collaboration, and teamwork, with an emphasis on delivering excellent service to providers and clients alike. Shift options include early mornings through evenings EST, with a remote work-friendly setup.

Qualifications

• Credentialing background a plus.
• Experience with provider offices or healthcare institutions is desirable.

• Collaborate closely with team members to move provider requests through various stages of processing and quality assurance reviews.


• Deliver exceptional customer service internally, to providers, and to clients.

What we're looking for

• Customer service experience is preferred, but not required.


• A background in credentialing is considered a plus, but is not required.


• Experience working with provider offices or healthcare institutions is highly desirable, but not required.

What you should expect in this role

Shifts are scheduled between 5:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST. Employees will have the option to work either four 10-hour shifts or an 8-hour shift within those operating hours.

The pay range for this position is$30,500.00-$43,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
