Job summary
Vatica Health, Inc. is seeking a Provider Engagement Manager I to own relationships with a portfolio of provider practices in a defined territory. You will partner with practice leaders, clinicians and staff to strengthen program adoption, provider satisfaction and quality/risk adjustment performance.
Expect data-informed discussions and proactive engagement planning. You will collaborate with Clinical Operations, Sales and Customer Success to coordinate transitions, ensure action follow-through
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 3+ years in provider-facing account management or engagement.
- Experience with value-based care concepts and Medicare programs is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day relationships with an assigned portfolio of provider practices; build trust with executives, providers and staff.
- Review performance and present data-informed insights to practice stakeholders in meetings.
- Develop and execute engagement plans to improve adoption and outcomes.
- Identify risks to participation and satisfaction; escalate issues when needed.
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Sales and Customer Success on transitions and priorities.
- Maintain records of interactions and progress in Salesforce and other tools.
