Job summary

The Provider Engagement Manager I at Vatica Health owns relationships with a portfolio of provider practices in an assigned territory, partnering with practice leaders to strengthen program adoption and performance. You will review participation, quality and risk-adjustment outcomes, present data-driven insights, and develop practice-specific engagement plans to drive actions.

Travel up to 25% is expected. This individual contributor role requires independent ownership, effective communication

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
At least three years in provider-facing account management or engagement.
Experience with large health systems and provider relationships.
Knowledge of value-based care, quality measures, and Medicare programs.
Ability to analyze performance data and present actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day relationships with an assigned portfolio of provider practices, including larger practices and accounts with multiple stakeholders.
Review provider participation, quality and risk adjustment performance; present data-informed insights and recommendations.
Develop and execute practice-specific engagement and performance improvement plans.
Identify risks to participation, satisfaction and retention, and escalate issues when needed.
Coordinate with Clinical Operations, Sales and Customer Success on transitions and priorities.
Maintain records of interactions, commitments and progress in Salesforce and other tools.
Educate providers on Vatica Health offerings and Cozeva capabilities as needed.
