Job summary

Vatica Health, Inc. is seeking a Provider Network Representative to manage provider relations and engagement across assigned geographic regions in the United States.

You will recruit, onboard, and coordinate with practices and their physicians for Vatica’s Enhanced Annual Wellness Visits and other programs, working with local and national teams to optimize market presence. The role requires 5+ years in health systems or primary care, plus deep experience in provider engagement and SaaS sales,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a health system or primary care practice.
• 5+ years of Provider engagement and/or Sales experience.
• 5+ years of experience selling SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Engage practices ranging from large health systems to local practices in assigned regions.
• Engage physicians and administrators in group, face-to-face and telephone meetings.
• Collaborate with health plan clients to analyze and design networks.
• Develop and implement provider engagement strategies to improve performance.
• Maintain and grow relationships with physicians and administrators in the network.
