Vatica Health, Inc. is seeking a Provider Engagement Manager I to manage a portfolio of provider practices within the assigned territory.

The role partners with practice leaders, clinicians and staff to strengthen program adoption, provider satisfaction and performance in quality and risk adjustment initiatives. You will own relationships, analyze performance data, and develop engagement plans while collaborating with Clinical Operations, Sales and Customer Success to align priorities and

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• At least three years of provider-facing account management or provider engagement experience.
• Experience working with a large health system supporting provider practices or managing provider relationships.
• Knowledge of value-based care, quality measures, risk adjustment and Medicare programs (HEDIS/Stars).

Aufgaben

• Own day-to-day relationships with an assigned portfolio of provider practices.
• Review provider participation and performance; present data-informed insights to stakeholders.
• Develop and execute practice-specific engagement and performance improvement plans.
• Identify risks to participation, satisfaction and retention; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with Clinical Operations, Sales and Customer Success on transitions and priorities.
• Maintain records of interactions and progress in Salesforce and other tools.
• Support provider education on Vatica Health offerings and Cozeva capabilities.
