Vatica Health, Inc. is seeking a Provider Engagement Manager I in New York to nurture relationships with provider practices and drive program adoption and performance improvements.

The role partners with clinicians and staff, analyzes performance data, and implements practice-specific engagement plans to improve satisfaction and risk adjustment outcomes. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with provider-facing account management experience.
• Experience supporting provider practices within a large health system is preferred.
• Knowledge of value-based care, quality measures, and Medicare programs.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day relationships with an assigned portfolio of provider practices.
• Review participation and performance; present data-informed recommendations.
• Develop engagement and performance improvement plans for practices.
• Identify risks and escalate issues requiring leadership support.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Sales and Customer Success on transitions and priorities.
• Maintain records of interactions and progress in Salesforce and tools.
• Educate providers on Vatica Health offerings and Cozeva capabilities.
