Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Provider Data Services Specialist to proactively reach out to provider offices to validate demographic information, network participation, and directory data for Medicaid and Dual Special Needs Plans. Outreach results will be documented in QuickBase and Salesforce and shared with Compliance and Medicaid teams for analysis.

The Specialist will support directory accuracy initiatives by analyzing validation results to identify trends and root causes of inaccuracies,

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in healthcare administration.
• Strong oral communication skills.
• Experience in a call center environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound provider office outreach to validate directory information and participation.
• Document outreach findings in QuickBase, Salesforce, and other systems.
• Support Medicaid and Dual provider directory monitoring and validation activities.
• Participate in special projects and ad hoc provider outreach initiatives.
• Maintain productivity, quality, and accuracy with high-volume outreach.
