Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Wisconsin seeks a data services support specialist to execute routine business tasks and assist the Finance department with underwriting and account management data. You will enter baseline demographic transactions, perform data service intake triage, and review details to respond to member inquiries with strong emphasis on data integrity.

This full-time role offers 40 hours weekly, a pay range of $17.00–$34.15 per hour, and comprehensive benefits including eligibility

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of healthcare and/or data entry experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Follows established procedures to execute routine business support tasks for the Data Services function, under general supervision.
• Supports the Finance department, interacting with key Underwriting and Account Management specialists for optimal deliverables.
• Enters baseline demographic transactions into the provider directory to support claim adjudication procedures and progress.
• Performs data service intake triage, subsequently reviewing details to effectively respond to customer/member inquiries.
• Conducts regular audits of provider information, escalating any issues or concerns to management for swift resolution.
• Supports Data Services Change Management and Process Optimization strategies, in order to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Takes direction from management to properly understand and execute key work area techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
• Responds to auditor data requests, questions, and discrepancies, in order to ensure collective data integrity and quality of work.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
