Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute routine business support tasks for the Data Services function under supervision.
• Support the Finance department and interact with Underwriting/Account Management for deliverables.
• Enter baseline demographic transactions into the provider directory to support claim adjudication.
• Perform data service intake triage and respond to customer/member inquiries.
• Conduct regular audits of provider information and escalate issues to management.
• Support Data Services Change Management and Process Optimization strategies.
• Follow management directions to understand and execute key work area techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
• Respond to auditor data requests and discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
