Job summary

enGen is seeking a senior Manager to lead 2–3 Agile Scrum teams focusing on provider-facing projects, data exchanges, and reporting. The role requires deep expertise in data integration, reporting, provider networks, and cloud architectures, with collaboration across onshore and offshore resources.

The Manager will guide stakeholders, foster DevOps practices, and ensure scalable delivery through modern CI/CD and IaC approaches, in a hybrid work model that balances office and remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, CS or closely related field required.
• Preferred Master’s degree in IT or related field.
• 5 years in a leadership/mentoring role required.
• 3+ years managing Agile Scrum teams (onshore/offshore).
• 5+ years in data engineering, integration, and reporting project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Delivery Management of 2–3 Agile Scrum teams (12–18 members).
• Oversee data pipelines and architectures using GCP, PySpark, and Lakehouse concepts.
• Guide teams through provider networks, EHR data exchanges, and VBR programs.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders for requirements, prioritization, and executive communication.
• Drive Agile governance, process improvements, risk management, and defect reduction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
