Job summary

enGen is seeking a Senior Data Governance Lead to oversee the data governance team supporting IT projects. You will establish enterprise standards, manage the Data Marketplace, and provide SWAT support to business-led Operational Data Councils to drive data quality and reuse.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, align governance across 18 data domains, and deliver structured data products while guiding strategic initiatives and ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

Qualifications

• 5 years in a leadership / mentoring role.
• 5 years of planning, implementing, maintaining and growing capabilities within relevant discipline.
• 3 years of developing, communicating and presenting concepts to varying audience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization by managing customer expectations, planning and meetings.
• Collaborate with customers, staff, IT colleagues, and stakeholders to identify requirements and propose solutions.
• Lead governance activities and cross-functional coordination to unblock high-priority products.
• Provide leadership to respond to opportunities/challenges and assess impacts of changes on the environment.
