enGen is seeking a Product Owner to lead a scrum team focused on Electronic Health Record (EHR) Clinical Data Exchanges and integration, including data curation, transformation, and downstream use-case enablement. The role requires expert judgment to translate business needs into detailed requirements, manage risks, and ensure high-quality delivery for complex healthcare data projects.

Qualifications

Knowledge of HEDIS and NCQA/Stars ratings for CMS/ONC Reimbursement, plus Risk Adjustment, Utilization Management, and Care Management practices.
Agile Scrum methodology and Product Owner certification (CSPO or equivalent) preferred.
Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders for requirements prioritization and executive communication.
Understanding of healthcare data exchange standards and formats.

Responsibilities

Lead in partnership with customers, data engineers, and capability managers to capture needs and deliver data and reporting solutions.
Direct cross-functional teams to identify data-related challenges and drive data-driven insights.
Provide SME guidance on complex data and reporting projects, ensuring compliance and quality delivery.
Communicate effectively with customers and management, document requirements, and support sprint reviews.
