Job summary

enGen seeks a data analyst capable of turning data into actionable insights across business products. You will collaborate with data engineers, stakeholders, and testers to deliver datasets, dashboards, and reports that support decision-making.

The role focuses on healthcare-related data, HIPAA compliance, and cross-functional delivery. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with Lean/Six Sigma or PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Information Systems or Technology.
• 1 year of experience in Lean/Six Sigma.
• 1 year of experience in Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers, Data Engineers, Data Architects, Capability Managers, and other team members to capture capability needs and drive quality data and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to address data-related challenges across project phases.
• Support testing of data and report delivery requirements to ensure minimal production defects and tie results to customer impacts.
• Ensure compliance with required standards and approvals throughout the data delivery lifecycle.
• Communicate project status and documentation to team members, customers, partners and management.
