Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; or High School Diploma with 2 years healthcare or admin experience.
• One year of credentialing/privileging experience preferred.
• Experience with onboarding and physician enrollment is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates credentialing for new providers: licensure, privileges, documents, and cross-department coordination.
• Supports APPs with agreements, payroll-related tasks, and scheduling.
• Tracks licenses, certifications, and training to ensure compliance.
• Maintains provider records and generates reports for leadership.
• Enters data into credentialing software and maintains CME transcripts.
