Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalency.
• Experience: 1 year provider credentialing and/or enrollment in a medical office.
• In lieu: 3 years Revenue Cycle experience in contracting, billing, registration, or administration.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintains expert-level understanding of evolving accreditation and insurance regulations.
• Reviews provider credentials to ensure compliance with state, federal, and payer rules.
• Manages enrollment lifecycle and attaches providers to group entities for reimbursement.
• Interacts with insurance representatives to expedite enrollment and resolve issues.
• Maintains logs and uses credentialing software to track milestones.
