Zusammenfassung

Berkshire Health Systems is seeking a Provider Enrollment Coordinator to manage credentialing and recredentialing for practitioners. You will gather comprehensive provider data, prepare forms, and file contracts with insurers the health system participates with.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and experience in reimbursement or billing within healthcare. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Massachusetts.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of three years experience in either reimbursement, credentialing, and/or billing within a health care setting required.
• High School Diploma required.
• Associates' Degree Preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to analyze and present data.
• Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate processes.
• Self motivated.
• Ability to manage deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize and problem solve numerous tasks and demands.

Aufgaben

• Facilitates the credentialing/recredentialing process for all practitioners and non-BHS practitioners.
• Gathers and organizes practitioner information: specialty, education, licensure, DEA, work history, practice details, malpractice, hospital privileges, and other documentation.
• Completes and files forms, documents and contracts required by insurers BHS participates with.
• Works independently with regulators, insurers, hospitals, practitioners, and BHS employees to credential providers quickly and accurately to ensure payment for services.
