Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least two years in provider credentialing, payer enrollment, or healthcare administration.
• Knowledge of credentialing, primary source verification, confidentiality, and documentation practices.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload, meet deadlines, and resolve enrollment issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage credentialing lifecycle for all agency providers, including enrollment and recredentialing.
• Maintain inventory of employees and contracted providers across programs and locations.
• Verify applications, collect missing information, and provide due dates to providers and supervisors.
• Coordinate background screenings and related clearances with Human Resources.
• Prepare and validate payer rosters and enrollments; track submissions and deadlines.
• Maintain secure credentialing files and provide updates to leadership.
