Job summary

Human Services Management Corporation is seeking a Credentialing, Enrollment and Education Coordinator to manage provider records for credentialing and enrollment with commercial insurers and government payers. The role supports revenue cycle and timely access to care, under the VP of Credentialing, Education & Development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year of experience in credentialing, provider enrollment, contracting or administrative support preferred.
• Certified Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of provider enrollment software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect, document, and retain provider records for credentialing and enrollment with commercial insurers and governmental payers.
• Support education and training activities to maintain staff competencies and develop professional growth pathways.
