Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or other business-related field is required.
• Work experience 1+ years in accounting, finance, economics, or another analytical field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile provider compensation to contract or compensation plan.
• Perform quarterly reviews of provider compensation and prepare bonus calculations and payments.
• Submit survey data and keep reports updated with current information; prepare ad hoc reports.
• Assist with provider contract changes with Legal and maintain contracts in contract management system.
• Prepare and submit all forms to HR and Payroll to support provider compensation programs.
• Maintain monthly productivity data and calculate pro forma compensation for active and proposed programs.
• Maintain monthly accruals in General Ledger for incentives earned but not paid.
• Prepare data and assist in compensation surveys; may oversee special surveys as needed.
