Job summary

Pullman Regional Hospital is seeking a Provider Compensation and Financial Analyst to support financial planning and provider compensation administration. The role requires in-office work with a hybrid option at supervisor discretion and a standard schedule Monday–Friday.

You will collaborate with Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, Revenue Cycle, and medical leadership to maintain compensation records, calculate payments under approved agreements, reconcile payroll, and prepare clear reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in financial analysis or healthcare finance.
• Advanced Excel skills with formulas, pivot tables, lookups.

Responsibilities

• Maintain provider employment agreements and compensation terms.
• Calculate provider compensation per approved agreements, including base, productivity, and incentives.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual compensation calculations and supporting documentation.
• Reconcile compensation calculations to payroll records and address discrepancies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling related to provider compensation.

Education

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, healthcare administration, economics, or a related field
